1) DIGITAL — PUBLICPQC (our current call)

• Call: DIGITAL-ECCC-2025-DEPLOY-CYBER-08 (Strengthening the cybersecurity ecosystem)
• Topic: Transition to post-quantum PKI (PUBLICPQC), total topic budget ≈ €15M
• Model: Simple Grant — expected 50% co-funding (DIGITAL deployment)
• Deadline: 07 Oct 2025, 17:00 (Brussels)
• Apply: Funding & Tenders Portal → search the call code and select PUBLICPQC (single-stage)

2) Horizon Europe — RIA (100% funding) — next target

• Funding rate: 100% of eligible direct costs + 25% indirect (flat), per RIA rules
• Where: Horizon Europe (Cluster 3 “Civil security for society” — cybersecurity topics; or Cluster 4 “Digital/Industry/Space” — quantum/crypto)
• Status: monitor the Work Programme updates for 2026 topics; plan a consortium (≥3 countries) or a focused CSA (100%)

3) NGI Zero — Commons Fund (100% microgrants)

• 100% funding; typical initial ask up to €50k; milestone-based
• Focus: open-source building blocks for a trustworthy internet (security, privacy, infrastructure)
• Rolling waves through the year
